We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and deliver to homes and businesses in Dubai only. For orders placed before 1pm for Dubai, we offer same day delivery. Customers may request for 60 minute delivery between 10am to 11pm. Customers based in Northern Emirates cannot obtain delivery and may use click and collect from our store in Al Bada Dubai.

Our delivery fees are reasonable to cover the costs associated with bringing medicines and healthcare products to our customers homes and offices. These fees cover the cost of fuel, driver and vehicle insurance, vehicle maintenance and other miscellaneous items such as parking fees and road tolls (Salik and Darb).

While you can shop and pay online, we cannot ship the products outside the UAE. All deliveries must be made to an address in the UAE.

When you checkout, you have the option to choose a delivery slot between 9am to 5pm or from 5pm to 11pm.

You are required to present a valid ID and sign for your order upon delivery.

We usually notify our customers when their order is out for delivery and again when the driver is on the way to your address. If you miss your delivery, you will be notified via SMS and will need to call us at 600 55 1218 to reschedule your delivery. We will re-attempt delivery for a maximum of two times after which your order will be cancelled in line with our policies.

We are a licensed telehealth platform and registered to sell products online. Our Dubai Economic Department License is 519952 and our Dubai Health Authority pharmacy license is DHA-F-0046039. All products we sell online are sourced from official manufacturers and distributors directly. We do not sell any products sourced from unlicensed online marketplaces or parallel imports. Every order we fill is reviewed and dispensed by licensed pharmacists registered to operate in the UAE.

You can reorder any product by going to your order history https://nextdoormed.com/account.php?action=order_status and clicking on the order number. You will see an option to select the items you need to reorder and a button to reorder them.

Yes, you have the option to change your order before it has been shipped. You can do so online by providing your order number via live chat or by calling us at 600551218. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be amended and you will need to return the order.

You can pay for your order upon delivery or online. You may also use a combination of power points and currency to pay for your order.
