UAE Federal laws regulate the distribution of all prescription medicines. The regulations are more stringent for Category IV and V drugs.
Four Seasons Pharmacy LLC is licensed for sale of medicines online under the Dubai Health Authority Telehealth Platform regulations (License Number 0043069). You will need an e-prescription issued by a doctor in Dubai to be able to purchase these medicines online.
What does this mean for you?
- We cannot sell you a medicine online if you do not have an e-prescription.
- For in-store purchases, we must receive the original hard-copy of your prescription. Faxes, phone or transfer requests by doctor for prescription medications will not be accepted.
- The prescribing doctor must reside in the same city as the patient or additional verification may be required.
- All prescription orders for prescription drugs will require an adult signature on delivery.
- Prescriptions issued for controlled substances cannot be filled online.
