  • Details: Amaryl M is used, with diet and physical exercise, to treat a certain type of diabetes (type 2 diabetes mellitus) when: * glimepiride or metformin alone doesn’t control the blood glucose level. * Amaryl is taken in place of a combination of a glimepiride tablet with a metformin tablet.
