  • Details: BI Preterax is a combination of two active ingredients, perindopril and indapamide. Perindopril belongs to a class of medicines called ACE inhibitors which works by widening the blood vessels and making it easier for the heart to pump blood through them. Indapamide is a diuretic which works by increasing the amount of urine produced by the kidneys. Each of the two ingredients reduces the blood pressure and they work together to help control the blood pressure.
